• Loan OfficerHelp clients buy and refinance: present their options, guide them through the application, and drive each loan to closing with speed and care.
• Loan ProcessorKeep every file moving: gather documents, work with underwriting and title, and keep clients and loan officers up to date.
• AI EngineerBuild and improve the AI systems behind LOLA and our team's tools, with the rigor a regulated business needs.
• AI AmbassadorHelp clients and teammates get the most from LOLA: coach, gather feedback, and make the handoff to a person feel seamless.

5. 5Final interview A final conversation with our branch or sales manager to answer your questions and align on expectations.
